Our values

Accessible & inclusive
We believe merchants, consumers – both disabled and non-disabled – people of different genders, age, abilities, race and religion should be able to access quality products online, enabling them the freedom and confidence to shop on their terms. We’re pioneering accessibility first as the approach to be e-commerce for everyone.

Innovative & pioneering
We’re pushing boundaries, driving innovation and inspiring all consumers and merchants, making e-commerce inclusive, enhancing and personalising the user experience for disabled and abled consumers. E-commerce needs to catch up and we’re leading the way.

Empathetic & ethical
We not only care for our customers, but the communities they live in and the world they inhabit. We align our social vision of a better world for disabled consumers and realise wider economic and social benefits to improve their lives. We’re trusted to listen, ask the right questions and always do the right thing.
